NDIS Community Nursing in Adelaide
Mehr Care is an NDIS registered provider of community nursing care. Our experienced, AHPRA-registered nurse visits you at home or in your community across Adelaide's southern, western, eastern and central suburbs.
Care is available in English and Farsi, and we can start straight away.
Nursing care we provide
- Wound care – assessment, dressings and ongoing wound management
- Injections – administered in your home by a registered nurse
- Other nursing needs – talk to us about your situation and we'll let you know how we can help

- Care begins – your registered nurse visits you, starting as soon as you're ready.
Community nursing is funded through your NDIS plan. Your support coordinator or plan manager can help you confirm your funding — or ask us and we'll help you work it out.

Western Adelaide – including Port Adelaide, Woodville, West Lakes, Henley Beach and Torrensville
